Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Proof of purchase is required
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Intimates, swimwear, socks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Customized or altered items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability.
• To request an exchange, please contact us before returning your item
• Exchanges are processed once the original item is received
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund
